This is a memorial of Alden Van Buskirk recorded near the end of 2011. Poet Clive Matson was the host. Alden Van Buskirk died from a very obscure fatal disease. in the early 60's. This is an amazing event which I was very proud to have taped. I though it was going to be a rather uneventful get-together with bad lighting, but it was alot of fun recording. Had problem with bad audio cable up to 7 minutes 44 seconds +-. After that I used onboard mics of camera until at 25 minutes in when I substituted a better cable. Sound afterwords was good but sound person wouldn't let me use my super-cardioid mics and had to go with inferior plain cardioid mics. Sound could have been better.
